Called in my order after a long day at work, called when I got here to pick it up, was asked if it was a car side delivery and then told no they couldn’t do that because I called it in and didn’t pay for it already. I work in retail and too many times I have helped folks by doing just that. Going the extra step for a customer to be happy! I guess if I had saw your google score, I wouldn’t have bothered. Went to Subway for sandwiches! Take your customer service up a notch and your score might improve.

Ordered on line my Mom stopped to pick it up notification said it was ready she's been setting there 45 minutes after it was ready cause they said the pizza burnt they had to cook another one 25 minutes she's still setting there waiting on the (burnt Pizza to recook) while the other's are just setting there I order from this store Alot and here lately service has gotten slow and prolonged

I ordered a pizza today, was not cooked I had to finish cooking it at home and was terrible. It was greasy, not hot, the toppings were as if they were just thrown on. It was delivered in 20 minutes from time ordered, which explains why it wasn’t cooked..
