I went through at lunchtime, the girl DEE that was working drive-thru was amazing. Super polite very friendly listen to your order make sure your order was correct even drop fresh french fries without any complaints the restaurant industry really needs more employees like her fantastic job Dee

Pull into drive thru around 6:12. Takes 5 minutes just to take my order. I Pull up, only one car ahead of me. Takes payment around 6:17,tells me to Pull forward and wait Inside of building is empty Car ahead gets their food around 6:25 Wait another 5 minutes and leave bc I'm risking being late for work at this point. All I'd ordered was a ham sandwich and chicken sandwich.
Was there only one person on staff? At that point they shoulda just closed shop that day. The big thing about fast food is that it's supposed to be, you know, fast. If this is typical of this location it's a wonder they're still in business.
Definitely don't come here if you have less than 20 minutes to spare

Just went through the drive thru headed to the airport. 3 steak and 1 chicken biscuit. All were barely warm. Worst biscuit I’ve ever had from Hardee’s. No time to go back. Usually this Hardee’s has good food.

I don't have anything against Hardee's as a whole, but the thing I got that day was uncooked in the middle and I got really sick. So did my Dad when I asked him to try it. It was a chicken biscuit. It just wasn't a great experience, but maybe it was a one off.

Ordered 3 steak biscuits, charged 4.99 for the extra one. They were 2 for 5.00. I said just give me another for a penny. Manager came out with attitude and a lecture on how to order for next visit. Crappy customer service.
