Ordered 3 steak biscuits, charged 4.99 for the extra one. They were 2 for 5.00. I said just give me another for a penny. Manager came out with attitude and a lecture on how to order for next visit. Crappy customer service.

The staff were friendly. The chicken tenders were probably re-fried, really dark. The fries were good but too much salt. We dined in for lunch. The dining area was filthy.

We had an offer for 25% off Hardee's chicken tenders. We went by Hardee's in our town. We could not find a way to redeem the offer. The employee tried calling her manager and an other boss. They decided to ask us id a 20% discount because they had a button for that on the register. We accepted it and was thankful for the employees help. The tenders were freshly cooked and were delicious. Thank you Hardees!

Friendly staff Drink fountain was out of service and the staff was super busy.
You need to wait on customers that are standing in front of you at the counter. Not the ones that are pulling up at the drive through. I saw three cars pull in and leave before I was ever even acknowledged. Very poor customer service. Additionally, don’t make me feel like you’re doing me a favor because I asked if you could stop and take my order.

Excellent as usual. Unlike Jack's, the biscuits are excellent and never fall apart. Every sandwich I’ve ever ordered from this location has always been great and all of the trimmings were actually on the sandwich instead of it being slammed together and tossed in a bag like we usually see at jacks.
Parking: Always plenty of room to park as the parking lot is quite spacious and has several handicap parking spaces.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are always happy while eating their kids meals.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking area has an ease of access for wheelchairs and handicapped parking.
