I recommend their fried chicken. I asked for dark meat 2 piece dinner & everything was fresh & crispy.

What an amazing team that works here. We came on Saturday after a cross country meet. We got there right before a school bus of about 50 kids. Our food was hot, fast, and correct. While we ate we watched the crew quickly take orders and make food for the school bus group. Absolutely amazing.

There was TRASH literally everywhere when we walked in! All over the floors in the lobby. Dirty panties and trash on the bathroom floor. When I went to counter to place my order the girls were rude as hell and straight up stood at that register and Ignored me, I had to just start speaking so she would even pay me attention. We waited 30 mins for 2 chicken strips French fries and a small chocolate milkshake. When they gave me my order I told them I was missing a chocolate shake and two girls walked over to the ice cream section and was clearly speaking very rude and talking about how I had an attitude! Thought I couldnt hear them! I don’t know who owns this establishment but it needs to be shut down or fire everyone working this evening and start fresh! It’s just unacceptable! To have such rude employees not only did they act that way towards me but i witnessed them acting that way only to the white people in the line. I don’t know how that place is still open! It’s disgusting inside and I tried my best talking my son out of getting stuff there but we have been on the road for 4 hours now and was hungry. We love Jacks but I will never go back to this one. Poor excuse for the facility and workers there!! If you can’t be professional then you have no business working with customers. If you can’t be properly groomed and clean then you have no business working handling food!

Our Jack’s is new in Flowood,MS, I have been to several Jack’s and NEVER have to wait as long as I do here, literally for 2 shakes lol then when they finally bring it out, they’re rude. I hope things turn around, but it’s definitely not off to a good start

The past 4 (FOUR) times my wife and I have came our orders have been completely wrong. It doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They’re guaranteed to get your order wrong. Will NOT be back!

We went through the drive through for our usual 8 pc chicken fix, and we're told Jack's was out of breasts. OK, most places that has happened, the substitution made was with two thighs. Jack's substituted with 1 leg and 1 wing. The chicken was also very dry (overcooked) and the biscuits were burnt. Usually it is much better than this. I'm not sure we'll be back.
This is the fastest most efficient Jack's i have been to. And my order has always been correct. Wish all Jack's was ran as well as this one.

Business want customers - right? Do the employees have to be so rude and disconnected? Ordered on the app and the lady shrugged her shoulders as if she didn’t know what an online order was! This whole time it was sitting on the counter with my name on it! Forget ordering food customized - no tomato. Nope, got lots of tomatoes. Why is that even an option?
