I get breakfast here alot around 6am. Today was the 1st time I've gone on a Sunday at 10am. They were slammed, wrapped around the building and lined up inside. But they were moving that line! I felt bad ordering a custom dozen with a few more things when I pulled up and saw all the people. Yall did a great job! Keep it up!

We stopped in today and I was extremely disappointed. The restaurant was extremely dirty on the inside and out. The food was pretty bad also. The Mac and cheese was cold, almost frozen in the middle of the bowl. The burger tasted burnt and only about half the fries were even edible. The staff was somewhat pleasant, no real issues with them.

Grouchy cashier, dirty and smelly restaurant inside and out, food had little taste. Have stopped here in the past and it was good, Won't stop again at this Jack's and we like Jacks very much.

I stopped at this location midday on the way to Huntsville on 9/28. I ordered a double cheeseburger, coke, and a chocolate milkshake. This Jacks was unkept compared to the many others I have visited. After having paid for my order and waiting at the front for my food, I could see the young fellow preparing the cooked burgers. He was wearing clear meal prep gloves as he dressed and wrapped the burgers. I then saw him reach over and place the raw, frozen burger patties on the cooktop and turn back to continue putting together the cooked sandwiches-buns, patties, cheese, toppings, condiments, etc, without changing gloves in between. *Cross contamination* Upon seeing this I did bring it to the attention of the lady at the register. I politely asked if he was supposed to change gloves after handling the red, raw, frozen meat patties before going back to dressing the cooked burgers. She walked over to confer with him. I had received my drink and milkshake at this point, still awaiting my burger. A minute or two later she returned and stated they weren't understanding what I was asking. I replied, "That is ok, I don't need my burger." and left. I realize things like this most likely occur at every fast food restaurant. For me, it's just different when you see it for yourself. Upon reading the previous reviews and replies from the "owner" it appears they don't NOT address the issues. I have already submitted a survey/complaint @ tellittojacks.smg.com. For anyone else that might care to know, here is the corporate # as well. This jack's needs help only has 3 people working, has trash on condiment counter, tea judges on the front counter, and wait time out the roof, this place is pitiful to get something quick. I don't know who the shift manager was. They need help bad.
