Today was one of the best experiences I have had at any of the local Jack’s in North Alabama. The service was fantastic, the food was fresh, hot and served very quickly. The entire restaurant was the cleanest I’ve seen in any Jack’s in a long time. Even the ladies restroom was spotless! Thank you to everyone at the Hwy 24 location in Moulton, AL!!!!

Generally, I prefer to go to the counter rather than go through the drive-thru. But, this time, I chose the drive-thru. Slooooww. It was unusually slow, but I was committed. When I got to the window, it became evident they were understaffed. One cook and two to work the counter and window. What added to the slow down was it appeared everyone was ordering shakes. I commend the staff. They were troopers. BTW. My fish sandwich was bland. Fries weren't fresh. But, I'm not...
