The best time to go is during the lunch time when the chicken is fresh and hot. Otherwise you’ll get chicken that’s more like shoe leather or chicken jerky.

I’ve never had a more uncomfortable experience than with the old man taking money at the register here. I didn’t even get to ask for ketchup before the guy shoo’d me away. As a business owner, I could never have an employee treat customers that way.

My 4pc original legs and thigh meat dinner today tasted like it was cooked yesterday, then dipped in hot grease and boxed up. One pc was dry, tough white meat. The wife's tenders were like rubber. ($25) Ill go across the street next time.

Ordered three nugget bowls, one Korean BBQ and two unsauced. After a 20 minute drive to get home, I discovered that all three were Nashville Hot. Now I understand why the seal the bag before they hand it to you. Won't make this mistake again

A sandwich, a 3 piece"tender" meal. $16. Sandwich was old and dry and overcooked. Tenders were edible but coming to the end of their heat lamp life extension. Fries were good. Lobby had a huge water puddle from AC system. I'm going down to Walmart and buying 2 rotisserie chicken and a loaf of bread next time. -PS Was this honestly the chicken sandwich people went to the hospital over?

My opinion on kfc some of the employees need to train the new staff like they should need to have respect for there works and don't make fun of people with disabilities and try to work with people what they can do No scrimination and other thing 😉 don't thorw dishes at people

Just left picking up dinner, the $20 special and when I get home, this original chicken is complete garbage!!!! It is so GREASY, HARD AND JOT ALL DARK MEAT!!! You won’t answer the phone to complain so I am putting it for everyone to see! Get it together and I WILL NEVER COME THERE AGAIN!!!
I pass by this hidden gem in Moulton, Alabama often, never really stop. This was the best grilled chicken I have had in quite some time. Thank you to the ladies there that also provided wonderful service.

This KFC is a stain. Their food is always cold and old. The old woman who works there (Sedena?) is awfully unprofessional to both customers and employees. Tonight our biscuits were also undercooked, raw dough in the middle, it was disappointing.
