We got to KFC for lunch at about 11:05 (they opened at 10). There was 1 woman waiting, but I don't think she was waiting for food at that point (maybe her group). We both ordered a 2 piece meal (that actually costs WAY TOO MUCH) of a breast and a leg original with mashed potatoes and gravy. As we were getting our drinks, the girl tells us that she doesn't have the breasts in original. Really doesn't give us the alternative, which is extra crispy, but we both get that. Not what we wanted, but we got it. The breast itself was pretty dry. The original leg was good as were the potatoes, but why no original recipe breasts at 11 AM?! Poor planning in my opinion and not my fault, but yet I was the one paying the price (in more ways than one)

Arrived at 8:50pm. Sign on door says closes at 10:00pm. Employee in store called Don the GM and said they didn't want anyone in the restaurant at 9pm. Will Not Be Back and would not recommend!
The best time to go is during the lunch time when the chicken is fresh and hot. Otherwise you’ll get chicken that’s more like shoe leather or chicken jerky.

I’ve never had a more uncomfortable experience than with the old man taking money at the register here. I didn’t even get to ask for ketchup before the guy shoo’d me away. As a business owner, I could never have an employee treat customers that way.

My 4pc original legs and thigh meat dinner today tasted like it was cooked yesterday, then dipped in hot grease and boxed up. One pc was dry, tough white meat. The wife's tenders were like rubber. ($25) Ill go across the street next time.

Ordered three nugget bowls, one Korean BBQ and two unsauced. After a 20 minute drive to get home, I discovered that all three were Nashville Hot. Now I understand why the seal the bag before they hand it to you. Won't make this mistake again

A sandwich, a 3 piece"tender" meal. $16. Sandwich was old and dry and overcooked. Tenders were edible but coming to the end of their heat lamp life extension. Fries were good. Lobby had a huge water puddle from AC system. I'm going down to Walmart and buying 2 rotisserie chicken and a loaf of bread next time. -PS Was this honestly the chicken sandwich people went to the hospital over?
