This morning was my first time visiting Kountry Kitchen and I was searching for a good old fashioned breakfast to start my day without cooking or driving to Decatur and this definitely hit the spot! I ordered: scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, toast, grits & a pancake and everything tasted really good! Our waitress was very friendly and we never had to ask for anything including refills. I will definitely be back!
Thought this place was a joke. I kept waiting for the camera men to come out and say I was on Punk'd or something because the food was so bad, dog vomit would be a delicious meal compared to the trash food here. I found two bones in my chicken dressing(and it was painfully bland) the mashed potatoes didn't even come with gravy (that's probably for the best) and my macaroni and cheese looked as though the cook had dumped all of it into a blender and pureed it. Would not recommend.

My husband and I wanted to try a local cafe and came here. Excellent waitress, great food. Tried grits for second time, which were good! Nice, cozy atmosphere. Separate smoking and non smoking sides. Food came out fast. Tried their chocolate gravy (I'm a Minnesota original) and it tasted like chocolate pudding, but interesting to try. I would recommend checking it out! Restaurant was clean and quite a bit of room to eat comfortably.
