Food was good but no margaritas!

The chicken enchiladas were very good. The service was kind & quick. I suggest a try.

Los Charros is on of my favorite restaurants. The taco salad and fajitas are to die for!

NEW NEW NEW! All brand new and waiting for people to return for an amazing new Authentic Mexican Food/Restaurant experience. My husband and I have been back here several times since their renewing process began and their transformation phases grew and developed into their great Phoenix moment today/tonight. With a mouth savoring, abundantly overflowing, freshly made, authentic Mexican food buffet. Table (1) lined and filled up with numerous main meals and side foods. Table (2) holding all fresh toppings, cold condiments, and fresh made desserts. Finally table (3) fresh made pizzas and other items. All items I tried were extremely delicious and fresh. Don't worry about getting bored with it either because the lady happily mentioned that they would have new and different desserts and food items each day. And don't worry because the price is very nice too. If you're lucky enough to go in today to have it you'll be able to have a great meal and she said she was making her chocolate flan for dessert.

We enjoyed a very good meal and was waited on with good friendly service. The owner was very attentive to our needs and requests for extra this or that all throughout our time there. I wish more people would go and visit and show there support to this restaurant. After all it is the first to bring Mexican food/cuisine to our small little town.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this restaurant. Went on a pretty quiet weekday and our server, Lizabeth, was very kind, attentive and helpful. Chef Don Juan cooked up some nachos, rice and beans, carnitas taco, and enchilada and all the food was great. The cheese dip was very tasty as well! We will definitely be back if we are in the area :) they have a Buffett on Sundays and I really want to come back and try that cause I’ve never heard of one before.

Parking: Parking lot connected to restaurant and there is plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Took both my kids inside and server was attentive to kids palate letting me know what was spicy. They have a good kids menu as well.

I actually have never been to the restaurant but the owner is extremely condescending when ever he needs service from another business. Attitude from the start. I get some people come off as brash but you do not have to speak down to people. I bet it's awful to work for him. Very rude and he is the one who needed help. If you need help you should be humble.I am not rating the restaurant. But the owner gets zero stars.

Got one basket of chips. Ordered a large cheese dip and ran out of chips asked for more and they told us no. Only one basket. They wouldn’t even offer for us to get more. Half the cheese dip sitting in the bowl.

Asked if they could make more of the items on the buffet and was told they weren’t making any more of said items. Very disappointed in the buffet for the price.

On a Sunday, they have a buffet. We did not partake of the buffet, and we suffered because of it. No tamales on a Sunday. My order was then messed up. We eat at different Mexican restaurants at least once weekly and this was the worst taking food I have had in quite awhile. I will not be returning.

DOES NOT LET A VETERAN WITH HIS SERVICE DOG THAT HAS PROOF OF IT BEING A SERVICE DOG TO EAT. BEING TOLD THEY JAD TO LEAVE. WHICH IS WRONG . I SUGGEST IF YOU LOVE YOUR VETERANS DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE
