They up charge on the deals advertised on their website and pizza hut app. Terrible customer service. $28.98 large pizza deal came to $43.76 as the toppings somehow costed $22.76????. Would not recommend.

Waited 30 minutes at the window just to get 1 pizza. (Overall a 50 minute wait) literally, no exaggeration. Nobody in front or behind me in the drive thru line. If I didn’t Apple Pay it I would have left a long time ago.

Why was there no top to my pasta, I ask because half of it slid out into box with the (cheese sticks) that were hard and had no seasoning on them, just bricks of bland dough and cheese. What has happened to the dine in part? You can’t go in ? If this is the type of food just close the doors already- I’ll drive to Russellville and get Little Caesar’s next time ! Thanks but no thanks!

I ordered on the app it was only one breed stick and one cheese pizza the breed stick was free and my order was canceled because thay had no delivery drivers can door dash or grob south not help delivery the order to go come on man
Pizza was hot, delicious and ready at the time I picked it up. I asked for extra of an item and caramelized onions and everything was perfect!

Ordered online. Website said food was ready at least 10 minutes before I made it to the window. Was told my order wasn't ready and it would be at least 15 minutes. This only applies to the Moulton, Al location. I cancelled the order and was told I would get my money refunded in 24 hours. It's been a week.Love the pizza and service at every other location.
