I’d give it five stars just for THE Breakup Cookie. A delicious, perfectly crispy yet chewy, luscious blend of rich dark chocolate and sea salt, it’s definitely one of the best cookies in Birmingham. Worth a trip if you’ve never been, and I’m sure the coffee is just wonderful but that’s not why I go 😂🍪

This is a charming little coffee cum bookshop. And gels very well with the vibe of this neighborhood. It has limited sitting inside and outside.
Church Street Coffee & Books is the coziest spot in Birmingham! Their cortado was fabulous, and the community was wholesome. Their breakup cookies are so delicious, too! The vibe of the café is warm and inviting, and it’s the perfect place to settle down to study or chat with a friend while looking through books. It's also a very kid-friendly spot, making it a great choice for families. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area! Its neat size and its cleanliness reminds me of some of the cafes I went to while living in Tokyo - one of the highest compliments that I can give a cafe!
