Terrible customer service at this location. A bunch of kids who seem not to care. There were 4 kids behind the counter and only 1 of them was actually working. The other 3 were not friendly and I had to ask for help. They didn't have what I wanted, and said they couldn't make it. Then the person checking me out had the nerve to ask for a tip (when she didn't help me and told me they couldn't add white icing to a plain cookie cake for me). Ridiculous. Will not be back.

Came in kinda late (about a half hour to close) with family from out of town and everybody was still really nice and served us well! Place was really clean. Everybody enjoyed their ice cream.

Wasn't able to order a cookie cake at Galleria location, so I tried this location. The manager was extremely nice and welcoming - she was able to get me exactly what I wanted! I will ALWAYS use this location from now on. Seems as if all the staff are so nice too!

Let me preface by saying that I love GAC! This location has offered the worst experiences of any that I have been to. I recently went multiple hours before they closed and asked for a cookie cake and they said they would not do it. They said they had already put away everything and wouldn't do it even though the store was completely empty and the employees were just standing there and talking! When I asked if they would do one, they all looked at each other and laughed and acted like we were dumb. I would avoid this location and find a better local cookie establishment before choosing GAC.

Ordered a cake for my child's birthday weeks in advance. Went to pick it up last Friday at scheduled time. I was told cake was just being taken out of the oven. Had to come back 2 hours later to pick it up DURING the birthday party.The writing on the cake was sloppy. Cake looked terrible.Will spend more money and go somewhere else next time I need a cookie cake.

I ordered a small square cake for my sons birthday party. They delivered someone else’s huge cake to us. I tried to call them to let them know we had the wrong cake and needed the correct cake delivered asap before the party. I sat on hold for nearly an hour and no one ever answered the phone. I paid $64 for someone else’s wedding party cake.
