DO NOT expect your order to be correct!! I ordered a bday cake online for my child’s bday party. Cut into it at the party and it was completely wrong. I called and spoke to someone who said “I knew as soon as I made the cake you were gonna call about it” but she was so sweet I asked for a partial refund and we would just forget it. Marble slab is one of our favorites, but we won’t be back to this location! They were extremely busy and their freezer had been set too high so the ice cream was harder to scoop. This was not a problem, and I didn’t mind the wait. However, I stood by a listened to Christine make rude remarks under her breath about customers constantly. I absolutely would not recommend ordering anything from marble slab. I ordered my daughters ice cream cake on Friday Dec. 30th, received the email confirmation and was charged. I arrived at 3:30 pm Jan 2nd to pick it up and they stated they didn’t have an order for us. The way she spoke was as if we did something wrong.
