The complete incompetence of the Muscle Shoals location is baffling. Every single time I’ve ordered DoorDash, they have left out COMPLETE meals from the order. Apparently you have to be an absolute idiot to work there or run the restaurant.

That is a good place to go to get a quick meal. Simple, fast. But the Greek stile Giro was excellent!

Showed up in the morning at 9:50, doors were still locked and no one was working the drive thru, their hours displayed online and on the door at the store are not correct apparently, even though I saw workers in the store they refused me service

My husband came here on 2/21/2025 around 6:30 pm. He got the gyro and I had the club wrap. When we finally got our food it was cold and they had given me a Buffalo wrap which I do not eat anything with Buffalo on it due to stomach issues. I returned the wrap and within seconds they handed me the club. We didn't even eat what we got because it was all cold. I was just ready to leave. We through the food away after paying 25 dollars. What a waste of money and time.

Great place to eat. Service is good and the place is clean. The problem I have is with their app. Tried to create am account and put in my email and it says it's the wrong format. I've done everything I know to do so I guess I don't get to join in on the rewards. Oh well.
We ordered 12 chicken sliders and paid for 12 but only got 10 and it looked like had squeezed them after they wrapped them . I will be sure to never go to the one in muscle shoals al again.

I went through the drive thru on 11/15/24 & ordered the Arby’s #15. It took a long while to get through the line. Not sure if they were short handed or what. When I got home with my order, the food was cold. The sandwich looked pretty thrown together. the fries were cold. The service was not that great. I understand that it was a Friday night, but I observed one of the employees walking out the back door and looking, then that same employee pulling someone from the back, giving them her head set and walking around on the front line with her phone in her hand. The day before that I went inside on lunch break and the crew was all over the place. This was on 11/14/ 2024. They were just moving in a slow place gossiping about something. Customers were waiting to be waited on & one girl, who I perceive to be in management came to the front and looked at what was on the front to be served & looked bewildered. Me & the guy in front me left. The drive was not backed up, but there was a car waiting for service as I was leaving. Not returning to this Arby’s any time soon.
