“This was my dad's and my first time visiting a Lawler's BBQ location. We ran thru the drive thru after a day of gathering supplies, so can't comment on the interior of the place, but what we could see looked tidy. The menu was traditional bbq fair, at what seemed like reasonable prices. The young gentleman at the window was kind and professional, surprising for his age since most younger people can't even peep out a hello, let alone look directly at you. Wish we had gotten his name. He was kind and engaging and that was extremely appreciated. We ordered a pulled pork sandwich, half slab ribs and a banana pudding. Only took about 5 minutes to get our food, so pretty fast.
There was barely any sauce on the sandwich and dad said it was okay. The ribs had a horrible sauce on them, but after wiping it off the ribs themselves weren't bad at all. As difficult as they were to pry apart, they were more tender than I thought they would be. Dad said the pudding was just okay, nothing special.
All that said, I would be willing to try dining in and see what their other items are like. I was mostly impressed with the young man's service, and the prices seem decent enough in this day and age. Since we don't eat out often because of prices, quality and service, that says alot.
Overall, not a bad experience, but nothing to rave about yet, except for the service. Thank you young man!”

“I loved my sweet and sour chicken. The egg roll was fantastic but I wasn't a fan of my cream cheese wontons the were kinda rubbery not crispy like every where else. and my friend got some too and hers was the same way.. I will definitely be back I can't wait to try other things .”

The strawberry pretzel salad was wonderful and the sweet tea I ordered was perfect. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The service was good and everyone was friendly! Go try it!”

“My favorite BBQ in the area. First time we went to Brook's to eat pulled pork but also bought a 6 piece wings with no sauce. The pork sandwich was great but the wings were amazing! Wings smoked to perfection! We literally drove right back to Brook's and bought 24 more.

We've typically waited a few minutes for our orders, but I didn't mind. If dude is bringing me those wings from the kitchen, I'm happy to wait. There were no tables in the restaurant when we were last there.”

“I ate at the Muscle Shoals Chick-fil-A on Thursday April 16, 2026. I got the grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. and the kale salad. The food was VERY GOOD. A large but not too thick piece of grilled chicken. Dark green lettuce leaf- not shredded (hooray!). Tomato---well. it's not your fault. Good bun. I may ask if whole wheat is available next time. Kale salad was a good side. I suggest that more than one dressing be available. Sweet dressing---not for me. service was great. order taker was knowledgeable and efficient and the food was delivered to my table almost as soon as I sat down. I was glad that I got to the restaurant when I did because I was only a few bites into my meaĺ when a bus from Lawson State Community College drove up and about 30-40 hungry athletes came in. They lined up and the line moved. It had been a LONG time since I ate at a Chick-fil-A. I shall return soon. keep up the good work.”

“The food is hot, fresh, the service the older lady had attitude cause I wanted honey mustard seem it was a problem, still didn't get it I had to settle for the signature sauce, which I did not like, cause it taste like vinegar. Then I I asked for lemonade mix with water and she rolled her eyes at me like I was putting her out. The tables were dirty they wasn't busy 4 pm. I will not be back. I work customer service everyday. I did not like the attitude even though the food is wonderful.b”

“We have visited here 3 times within the last few months and have enjoyed it so much! The place is always clean, there has been new party decor all over each time we’ve been, all the staff has been so friendly and accommodating, food is always great! Tonight was extra special though. It was my daughters 6th birthday. We didn’t have a party planned..we just went for a fun outing, although there was another party going on at the same time we were there. So Chuck E got to come out. My kids were so happy to interact with Chuck E! He danced with them, played games with them, took pictures and videos with him.. he made sure every child in that building got time with him. I was so impressed. This place gets a 10/10 from us! We will absolutely be back!”

“Server was very kind and patient as it was my first time attending the restaurant. I ordered the fajitas and they came out rather quickly and had good flavor. Was not a huge fan of the beans and rice, but all the vegetables and meat were great. The restaurant's atmosphere from a decorative standpoint was the weakest link but it was still clean and not reason enough to not try it for yourself. I honestly enjoyed my experience as a nice lunch restaurant and would go again.”

“My honest review.. chicken Is AWESOME. Yall need to work on them sides. The mashed potatoes and gravy were served to me super cold and the potatoes hadn't been mixed well enough, kinda gross.. and the Mac needed salt. Other then that the fried chicken was top tier amazingly.”

“The place is Awesome our service was incredible they are fast with everything they are amazing people the owner and the manager. The manager Abbie is so professional. And we was eating in when the people were sitting outside with the cats and she was just saying that we could’ve served them, but I’m guessing the server told them wrong because she said that we would serve them outside and she was being very encouraging because she wanted to have them eat at The restaurant But I will say she is one of the best servers. She is an amazing manager. And she always has a smile on her face we come in a lot to see her But she was not looking at people with the disgusted look about having a cat or anything”
