“I frequent this establishment at least six times a week. The last two days my coffee has been bad because the milk is ruined. I took them back yesterday and had them replaced. Today I tasted it before I left and it was fine then about three hours later I went to take a drink and it smelled off. The milk was ruined again! I won't be back for a while because I refuse to pay for coffee I can't drink. The employees are wonderful and the atmosphere is great but selling ruined milk is a no no. People will wind up sick from it. I was told yesterday that the manager is aware of the bad milk but doesn't seem to care.”

“The prices are very reasonable, especially given how much food you get. I was told they have the biggest pancakes in the Shoals...and I believe it! The staff is very friendly and polite. My husband and I both got soda with our breakfast and adding in the food shown, we only spent about $27 (not including tip) and I had a pancake leftover to take home. We definitely plan on coming back to try out the lunch menu sometime!”

“Ate here last night, service was good to great, food was par to the area, a lot of similar looking places in north Alabama. But one thing did happen the I wanted comment on. I ordered my half rack “Dry, sauce on the side” a very common term used in restaurants, to order wings or ribs. Some people, don’t like their finger/face messy with BBQ sauce. My ribs came literally dried out, extra char, boarder line burnt. That would be “well done”, which I have never in all my 20+ years in the industry heard anyone order ribs well done. I didn’t dawn the on me until I got into bed that either the server or cook didn’t know the term “Dry”. We didn’t complain but I did comment when asked how the food was. I am writing this as a learning moment, and will be back again to get a proper rack. Kinda made me chuckle, when I figured out what happened. I hope I haven’t offended anyone, it’s really just a learning moment.”

“Always great service and great food and drinks”

“This was my dad's and my first time visiting a Lawler's BBQ location. We ran thru the drive thru after a day of gathering supplies, so can't comment on the interior of the place, but what we could see looked tidy. The menu was traditional bbq fair, at what seemed like reasonable prices. The young gentleman at the window was kind and professional, surprising for his age since most younger people can't even peep out a hello, let alone look directly at you. Wish we had gotten his name. He was kind and engaging and that was extremely appreciated. We ordered a pulled pork sandwich, half slab ribs and a banana pudding. Only took about 5 minutes to get our food, so pretty fast.
There was barely any sauce on the sandwich and dad said it was okay. The ribs had a horrible sauce on them, but after wiping it off the ribs themselves weren't bad at all. As difficult as they were to pry apart, they were more tender than I thought they would be. Dad said the pudding was just okay, nothing special.
All that said, I would be willing to try dining in and see what their other items are like. I was mostly impressed with the young man's service, and the prices seem decent enough in this day and age. Since we don't eat out often because of prices, quality and service, that says alot.
Overall, not a bad experience, but nothing to rave about yet, except for the service. Thank you young man!”

“Today my family went for lunch today for Valentine’s Day it’s was by far the best lunch I have ever had!! The food is absolutely delicious we had a charcuterie board as appetizer it was so delicious I had the hot honey chicken sandwich my mom got a flatbread pizza and daddy got the mixed grill and beignets for dessert. It was so all so amazing and well as the view !! If you’re looking for a fine dine experience with amazing views and the best food you will ever eat go check out 360 grill you will be so glad you did !!”

“First time ever! Went to go to another restaurant but they were closed, so glad they were. Zachary was our waiter, great guy, wonderful service, excellent food, & the bartender was like no other. Best Ribs & Chicken anywhere! Steak with house sauce was excellent! Last but not least the skillet brownie had ice cream & caramel sauce. It was fresh & hot YUMMY. To say the least 5 STARS! We will definitely be back!! Oh by the way Happy Birthday Zachary!”
