“1-15-25 tried out the half bbq chicken plate. The chicken and the sides were great. The side dishes portions were very filling. Definitely 10/10 would recommend. White sauce and bbq sauce delicious chefs kiss ( 👩🏽🍳 👌)“

“Shout out to Rick’s for having a keto option at breakfast!!! And it’s delicious!!! I always feel frustrated paying full price for a breakfast item without the biscuit/bread, but Rick’s has a great price and for a great amount! Two fried eggs and an order of delicious sausage!“

“Decided this morning we would try RICK'S BREAKFAST on wilson dam road. It was great. Everything was fresh and the fried bologna was on point!
Before we left, I called for the manager and I told him this was our 1st time having yalls breakfast and that it was great and I thanked him.
If we going to complain when somethings bad, we should also compliment when things are good.
I will be back for breakfast again.“

“If you haven't eaten at Dick Howells BbQ you are in for a treat, not only do have very reasonable priced delicious bbq and sides. They are a classic restaurant for decades. The staff is outstanding and their family packs are really reasonable. ***** 5 stars everyday.“

“I bought a whole Boston butt and 1/2 gal of baked beans for a birthday dinner. To say everyone was blown away would be an understatement!!! This food was absolutely amazing!!! The meat was so tender and smoked to perfection. The baked beans are awesome! Sweet, seasoned perfectly with onion and some other seasoning that I couldn’t pinpoint, but want more of! I just can’t say enough about how good our meal was! Thank you so much Dude’s for all your wonderful help and kindness!!! And the homemade sauce! You’ve GOT to get this too, it’s a must!!! I’m already planning my next visit, as is everyone else in my family!!!“

“Stopped by Rick’s to pick up some dinner in the way home, so I just ran through the drive through.
Service was quick and pleasant.
We opted for a Pulled pork plate with baked beans and potato salad; and a wing snack with vinegar slaw.
Pulled pork was moist and smoky. No sauce needed. Sides were excellent.
Wings were cooked nicely and I added a little of their mild BBQ sauce. Gave it a nice flavor. The vinegar slaw was a little dry and bland. Could have used some salt.
Overall good meal. No real complaints. Would go back.“

“Great place. Food is always good, and on the odd occasion it isn't, they make it right. I ordered a steak rare tonight, but it came out closer to medium. I sent it back, and the n3xt one they brought out still wasn't rare, it was more like medium-rare. I didn't send this one back, because I was ready to eat, but the manager comped my whole meal (she was present when I cut into the second and also saw it wasn't rare). I also ended up with 2 servings of my asparagus side, because I kept it from the first plate they brought me, but then they brought me more on the next plate. They definitely lost money on me tonight, but they didn't lose a customer. I'll be back for sure. I believe the manager's name is Anita Kelly. I will revise if wrong.“

“Came through the drive through for dinner and after getting in to sit down and eat I realized my meal was not right. I was over charged rather than up charged for the chicken stew as a side. I went in the next day to request a refund of the difference of my meal price. The employees that handled the issue were top notch on customer service. I was treated pleasantly and accordingly. The manager that handled the refund was sweet and went above and beyond what I was requesting. She took an unpleasant experience and gave me multiple reasons to want to be a repeat customer. Great job in helping the customer and I’m grateful to see customer service still exist! Thank you for being outside of today’s norms!“

“I have ALWAYS loved Logans, tonight I decided to get takeout because I just didn’t feel like sitting in a restaurant to eat. The To-Go person named Devin was amazing, she made sure I got everything I needed in my bag and was very patient with me. Over the phone I didn’t know what I wanted ( because I don’t have a menu right in-front of me) I kept feeling embarrassed! She reassured me that it was okay that I just take all the time I need. Hands down best to go service I have EVER received.“
