Best food I've had in the Shoals since moving here 3 years ago!! Go get some!
We've lived in the Shoals for three years and this is the first restaurant that has the most flavorful food like back home in Florida. Outstanding!!

Sassy’s Soulfood Cafe is a 5 star spot with friendly and professional service. The food is homemade and seasoned to perfection, with all the textures on point. The meat and 2 is a great value at $9.99. The chicken wings were amazing, and the drumsticks were the best. The mac and cheese was a 10, so good that no salt packet was needed. The yams were great, though slightly less warm. The cornbread was the perfect combination of a bit of char on the bottom, and sweet up top. The fried chicken was a 10, crispy and seasoned well. The greens were good, and the sweet potatoes were okay. It is cash only, but they accept Cashapp and Apple Pay.
