“I always use the drive-thru at this Jack's. It usually runs super fast, even during rush times. I love the breakfast biscuits (please bring back the bologna), and burgers are good. This trip I ordered a 2 piece fried chicken and was not disappointed. The chicken at Jack's is as good or better than KFC.“

“At approximately 515 pm I went inside to order what I usually do which is a #5 sandwiches only & add a large fry. The lady took my order. The amount was about 50 cents more than usual. I paid & as I waited, I examined the receipt & also looked at the prices to see if there was a price increase & there wasn't so I pointed out the discrepancy to the lady that bagged my order because it was to go. Her name was chrissy & she immediately solved the issue. I am pleased with her resolve & it was done quickly & professional. It was a honest mistake & it's my opinion that both the lady's deserve praise for doing an excellent job! The restaurant was clean & the condiments well stocked & the food was great...A+“

“I went to Krystals today for the first time in over a yr. I thought I will give it a try again. I was impressed with the new management latosha. She was very friendly made sure myborder was correct. Smiling very polite a big change from the last time I was there. She made sure my food was fresh as well. So if your in muscle shoals stop by and place an order and ask if latosha is in. If nothing just stop and tell her hi. She is doing a fabulous job.?“

“I really like this particular wendy's. This was only my second time there. I went back because they don't make your frosty until you're walking out the door so it's not sitting there melting while you're waiting for your food. The food is always fresh and just as you ordered it.“

“First off this is my go to fast food place to eat. The ice coffee that they are serving is terrible. I know you are pushing it hard. But it is absolutely terrible coffee. Bring back the mushroom Swiss burger.“
