“At least put the meat on the burger. You could forget lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, etc, but how do you not put the burger patty on a burger???? Also, once you leave a comment about how badly they messed up your food, they'll delete your comment and restrict you from commenting. They'll only allow praises to be seen on their posts. Update 11/21/22: My daughter's medium CC fries were not the size that I paid for.“

“Trowbridge's Ice Cream (Shop) is probably one of my most favorite little restaurants ever. They have amazing burgers and obviously their Ice Cream is amazing, but you can't visit or eat there without ordering an Old Fashioned Milkshake! It is definitely a landmark and a little jewel of a sock hop style diner in the heart of Downtown Florence!! If you visit the area it's a MUST TRY!“

“I’ve asked 2 people nicely for my cup and they just stared at me blankly. I understand the profession is hard, but you need a little bit of personality. Food is decent. I’ll consider this location again.“

“Victoria was very nice to my family and i. I had a glitch with my debit card, was there with 2 grandchildren and not enough money. Victoria helped me, trusted me to make it right, all done quickly so my grandchildren ( and myself ) weren’t embarrassed. We will be back!“

“Fast service and friendly staff. I love their food but their grilled cheeses are basically steamed bread and cheese. They don't appear grilled at all. But overall, a terrific place to eat!Update: Due to lack of workers, only the drive thru is open. They are doing the best they can in today's environment“

“I just left there and ordered a large cone of ice-cream .Sad to say 4.35 it is not even ice cream any more near room temperature and will not melt the need to just close the door at this point. I wonder what the Hamburger is like .I will probably never go back because of that fake ice-cream that they sold me“
