I ordered an ice cream cake on March 9th to be picked up March 14th. I got there to pick it up & was kept waiting at least 5 minutes while, I assume, they were looking for it. When they got back to me, the manager asked me when I ordered it & when I told him he said, "I can't even find any paper on it!" like that was some how MY fault. Then he asked me what kind of cake it was & said, "I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE STUFF TO MAKE!" Again, this MY fault? How? There was no apology, no offer...read full review

My wife likes it but I don't like fake ice cream and the food well it falls short of McDonald's but they do have good bargain deals.
