I sat there a watched the lady that’s fixing the biscuits have a plate of scraps on the fixing table. She was sitting there eating with her gloves on and then wiped them on a rag and continued making food. She saw me watching her and walked to the back to chew it up then came back and stood there. I walked over grabbed a straw walking right back by and looked and she was continuing to eat while making food after she thought I walked off. It’s 10:05am on 8/12/25. Management/owners need to watch the cameras and address it, start at 10:00am and watch. That’s unsanitary and disgusting.

My family and I have stopped by the Bojangles in Muscle Shoals for a long time ever since it opened up and have never had any problems with them and it’s my favorite one to stop at and what’s even better is the railroad tracks are right down the street from the restaurant and it’s the best place to go especially if you’re like me and you love watching the trains go by! I highly recommend it!

Everything was delicious, tenders, sandwiches and fries. Love their ranch dip too, garlicky-ee. Friendly staff and dining room was clean. No place to refill soda, just tea. Not sure if they offer refills. Would recommend!
