Not usually a Burger King fan... but a breakfast sandwich was calling and I needed to answer. I was mostly disappointed with a croissandwich that was unmistakably microwaved to the point where the bread was stuck to the wrapper and the sausage was rubbery. While still tasted good, that call was probably a wrong number for me. The staff was friendly and while the store was clean, it smelled musty rather than like fresh cooked food. It was a typical fast food experience overall.

Store closed early. Sat at window. Employee looked at me sitting there. And walked away to continue cleaning to close early. I had a door dash order to pick up. Employees refused to come to window to even let me know they were closed! Let ne sit there for 20 mins. The least they could've done was come to window and let me know they were closed. Rude. Unprofessional. And i reported it to corporate and door dash.

This store needs to close its doors. The drive through is always slow. I just pulled up with no cars and waited 5 minutes without my order even being taken. It never fails there will be a long wait at this one. Good luck to all the people that want to eat there.

My husband and I ordered food we did not get. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and a order of chicken fries. Never got my mozzarella sticks the employees was too busy listening to music which my husband and I could here in drive thru than worry about the consumer. And we waited too long for our order for them to get it wrong and we paid more than $20 for our order for something we did not get. This is not cool and I'm still waiting for my mozzarella fries and I still have the receipt.

Please, Burger King, do us all a favor, and shut your doors for good. Let us remember you for the 90s sunroof room and decent service. Minimum 15 minute wait time in the drive thru. Maybe we can get a fast food place that's actually fast. I can eat cheaper at Odette than I can if I get a Bacon King combo. Thats a problem.

It took 30 minutes for our food and the manager was very rude when I ask about our food being cold and the wait time.
When your in the drive through and all you hear is cussing and fighting. Then after they hand you your food you hear "that was wrong what you did to that mans double cheeseburger". You lose your appetite.

Best way to get your moneys worth is using the app. Service is either good or bad, it’s really 50/50. I’ve waited 10 minutes on just fries before which is wild to me, and I could understand if they were short staffed but I saw the manager watch someone pack up orders as they just stood back and watched instead of helped.

The drive thru takes forever, but overall the rest is pretty good the inside is nice and quick if in your in a hurry the ketchup is probably some of the best I’ve ever had also the burgers and chicken fries are yummy, overall this is my go to place when I’m hungry and on the road
