I came here on 2/26/25 and omg I don't know where to start my wait was so long and after waiting my food was cold I'm currently pregnant and I just couldn't take it ... I asked for a refund back and Tasha wouldn't allow me to even after waiting in dealing with there employees coming up to my car apologizing for getting my order wrong but asking for a lighter to smoke because they were under so much pressure... Never again

Order was delivered over an hour after I placed the order.... 40 minutes after the time they said it would be delivered...needless to say, the meal was cold. No. Ketchup, tarter sauce or malt vinergar which I requested. No marinara sauce with cheese sticks as shown. No utensils...none. Don't know who is at fault...Captain Ds or Uber. I place fault with the restaurant since they choose the delivery method. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Don’t waste your time at all! If you really want Captain d’s, just go to Florence. The staff in Muscle Shoals are lazy and always want to catch an attitude. The staff in Florence are really nice and the General Manager is one of the best out there.

Okra is not cooked all the way through and the fires are nasty and cold shrimp is old and stuff crabs are old . And they charged us $32.00 for the food and it’s all old and nasty . We tried to call the store and no one will answer.

Food was up to captain Dee's standards, I'm sure.and we received our order pretty quickly, but they had no ice in the fountain drink station.

Man, was on the road for a film gig. Stop through late night not too close to closing and Amy the store manager/area manager was amazing!. Her crew had great vibes. I definitely will stop through there again if I have any more filming/work opportunities on the road. Thank you again Amy for such a great spirit and I hope more people connect with you, and the food was amazing! Haven’t really had Captain D’s since I was younger, and it brought back a lot of memories of Scottsboro, AL.
