My food was great,,, ordered on app so I wouldn't have to wait and still had 30 wait my only problem was I seen 3 people get ice for drinks and just used the cup to scoop it out with and no gloves were on either.

This location appears clean and service is fast and friendly. Food is what you would expect from Captain D’s. No need to give less than 5 stars. I do miss the pre- pandemic condiment station for sauces.

I came here on 2/26/25 and omg I don't know where to start my wait was so long and after waiting my food was cold I'm currently pregnant and I just couldn't take it ... I asked for a refund back and Tasha wouldn't allow me to even after waiting in dealing with there employees coming up to my car apologizing for getting my order wrong but asking for a lighter to smoke because they were under so much pressure... Never again

Order was delivered over an hour after I placed the order.... 40 minutes after the time they said it would be delivered...needless to say, the meal was cold. No. Ketchup, tarter sauce or malt vinergar which I requested. No marinara sauce with cheese sticks as shown. No utensils...none. Don't know who is at fault...Captain Ds or Uber. I place fault with the restaurant since they choose the delivery method. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Don’t waste your time at all! If you really want Captain d’s, just go to Florence. The staff in Muscle Shoals are lazy and always want to catch an attitude. The staff in Florence are really nice and the General Manager is one of the best out there.

Okra is not cooked all the way through and the fires are nasty and cold shrimp is old and stuff crabs are old . And they charged us $32.00 for the food and it’s all old and nasty . We tried to call the store and no one will answer.

Service is horrible the people there did not care what they said at all cursing in front of everyone they do not keep the store clean it was nasty inside and the foot you could taste where they didn’t clean it out and just mixed all the food and everything
