Items left out of delivery and staff nor manager could be bothered to take my multiple calls regarding them fixing the issue. Left me on hold 15+ minutes multiples times just to disconnect the line when they came back and realized it was me still waiting. Tracker showed food delivered. I called the store bc I had no food. Guy said Matthew was gone 5-6 mins and tracker was messed up, he should be there shortly. 30 mins…still no food. I call back. Matthew is back at the store. Begins describing my porch and I said no that’s not it and told him what was on my porch and he said yeah yeah that’s it. LIES!
