This location is terrible. I waited in line for 30 minutes for my mobile order and when I received it, it was completely wrong. The coffee was disgusting. It’s seems to be this way every time I go there, so I’ll just stop wasting my money.

I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and then when I went to pay no one was at the window to take my money and I waited another 5 minutes. I just left I couldn’t wait anymore for some coffee. Should have went to Starbucks for better service.

The WORST Dunkin Doughnuts i have ever been to. My order was burnt. Coffee tasted old. They had 5 employees and three customers still the service was horrible.

I come here every morning. Literally every morning. I always order on the app so that I dont take long in the line, because its almost always wrapped around the building. This morning I sat in the line for 35 minutes. I was almost late for work. Got my food and coffee, went to eat and the sandwich was cold, the bacon on my sandwich was so hard I couldn't eat it, it broke my tooth, the hashbrowns were just threw in the bottom of the bag, they were cold, and my coffee tastes awful. I normally am not the type to complain, but yall have got to do better here. This should not be how someone's morning starts.

No one inside was smiling or friendly at all. It was like they were bothered that we were ordering. Just ordered two coffees and both were just ok, not at all good.

Every time I come here I try to order off of the menu and they say they aren’t serving that at the time (so why is it on the menu) also they are ALWAYS out of everything. I asked for a frozen s’mores frappe, and they said they wasn’t currently serving frozen drinks, tell me why I look thru the drive thru window and they’re serving frozen drinks to the people inside.. I was so livid. This Dunkin’ really needs to get it together, I never leave bad reviews or come to google to even review ANY place but I have been 4 times this past month and it has just been awful, all the way down to the customer service.

The drive-thru line is SO SLOW. Don’t expect to get through the line in 10, 15, or even 20 minutes! Do better!

Edit to add: my drink was sitting on the counter while the employees joked around at the window talking. Drink was watered down.
