The chicken tenders was small and the kids meal didn’t have no apple juice with it like it did on the app and didn’t have no cookie like on the app

We love Guthrie’s and are so glad they’ve opened in Muscle Shoals! We went on a Sunday afternoon after church and even though they were busy, the service was super fast and the staff was friendly.

The chicken was great and beats Zaxby’s for sure. The toast was also AWESOME and of course so was the sauce. We will definitely be back!!!

Service and all was good however the food was bad bad. Like the batter was falling off my tenders and they did not taste good at all. The fries were the highlight and thats sad given your entire menu is just one thing basically. I wasnt impressed at all. Idk how yall are battering these tenders but whatever your doing needs a massive change. The batter on some of my chicken was so wet and raw it was inedible. I was looking forward to this restaurant and was greatly disappointed.

Placed order at 7:06 pm, 25 minutes later no food. Went up to check order and was told it was sold to someone else. So from the beginning, order was $22.61, cashier wanted to give me $13.39 back for change. Girl checking on my order said I don't have a clue I just came from drive thru. Shame on the manager for hiring some air head's who think the way they look is more important than customer interaction. Little blonde yelling across the restaurant, come take the trash out, real professional. Will not be back.

We went for the first time after church. I had the chicken sandwich and my husband had the snack. The cashier was so sweet and patient. Y'all, the Guthrie's sauce is to die for. 🤤

Had a pretty large order and they got the food out very quick and everything was spot on! Happy that they have come back to The Shoals area!

I usually wait several weeks to visit new places to let them iron things out, but I had to make an exception for Guthries and was not disappointed. The drive thru line was out to Woodward so I went inside to order. I was out within 5 minutes. It was packed and I was still treated very well and served lightning fast! Will be coming here weekly for as long as they’re open.

Paid $10 for a plate and my pinky was bigger then the chicken fingers. The toast was over season.

I’ve been waiting for Guthries to come back to the Shoals for years! So glad they’re right down the street again, and the food was SO GOOD! The fries and chicken were fresh out of the basket and came out FAST, plus the sauces were so delicious and flavorful. The menu is very affordable for how much food you get and the SWEET TEA 🙌🏾 gotta be the best in the Shoals! Give ‘em a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!

PS: give the staff grace while they are figuring out parking 🚗 It’s a small restaurant that’s been packed for their grand opening (which is a blessing) and they are still working out the kinks. They do have a team member in the lot guiding traffic to make sure everyone can get in and out safely. I’d recommend parking in the Dollar Tree lot if you need to dine in - it’s maybe 20 feet from the Guthrie’s front door! 💗

The current drive-thru setup is untenable and dangerous, heavily exacerbated by vague or misleading signage. Due to unclear directions, customers are incorrectly approaching the line from Michigan Street, causing the line to spill out and block residents from getting home. Internally, the confusion continues: drivers entering the back of the lot try to cut into the line, which completely blocks the exit-only lane, trapping dine-in patrons. The signage needs immediate revision, and the exit-only path must be cleared. This situation needs to be resolved ASAP.
