Every time I go through the drive-through EVERY. single. Time…… The lid seems to never be on right. so today, I just happen to order a sausage biscuit meal and got a drink with it and when I grabbed the drink to take a drink, the lid was just barely on there like it was for show and it spilled everywhere all over me all over my car all over my pants, my shirt everything is soaked with Coke so now I’m going to be late because I have to go home and change my clothes like seriously all this just because one person can’t remember to snap the damn lid in place. I called to tell the manager and the manager said to me “well yeah you have to be careful with them. If you’re not careful then they will go everywhere“ so to which I replied “ma’am I’m trying to be as respectful as possible, but I know how to handle a drink lol with a lid“ and then she pursued to keep asking what can I do? What can I do what can I do? I said well I’m calling to let you know what happened and to let you know that they need to MAKE SURE THE LID IS ON!!!!!! PLEASE??!! I’m missing out on money because I was forced to go and change and was late !!!

44 minutes to get order,one of the slowest jacks I've ever seen

One of the employees in Jack’s drive thru window on wilson dam road that was going to make me pull back around 10+ cars for an orange juice. AFTER I had already waited my time (prob 20 min in line) just like everyone else this morning. A mama like me had her toddler with her or I would’ve gladly gotten out in the cold and ordered. When I finally pulled up to the window I wanted to add a simply orange juice to my order. She then told me “I would have to get back in line”. I stammered and said “Are you serious? For an orange juice? I haven’t even paid for my original order yet” and she said, “We dont add any orders at the window” (which is not true I’ve done it before). Given the fact there was already a wait even at the window, how hard would it have been to add a OJ? I would’ve understood if I requested an extra order of food they had to prepare. A single bottle, she didn’t have to fix it just grab it? It was an o r a n g e juice for my two year old.

We went through the drive through and ordered breakfast this morning. We didn't get the girls name at the window, but she was EXTREAMLY rude and hateful. We have NEVER had that kind of experience at any of the other shoals locations, and I am shocked that they had someone with that kind of attitude interacting with customers.
