We went through the drive through and ordered breakfast this morning. We didn't get the girls name at the window, but she was EXTREAMLY rude and hateful. We have NEVER had that kind of experience at any of the other shoals locations, and I am shocked that they had someone with that kind of attitude interacting with customers.

Ordered a regular vanilla shake and it took over 12 minutes to get my shake and was asked to pull forward. How long does it really take to make a milk shake? This is very bad time management and very poor management and poor customer service.
