Went through the drive through and ordered a salad and 5 pies. We had to tell him the order 3x. After he read the order back to us it was STILL wrong. We corrected it and he said it back to us correctly that time. When we finally got our order it was wrong. How hard is it to key in a salad and 5 pies?
Placed an online order. It was supposed to be ready at 6:13 pm. It wasn't ready when we arrived. The front line guy let us stand for 20 minutes. The manager did little to alleviate the situation. Had to wait on biscuits, potatoes, Green beans and the pies. This was a terrible experience. Two out of the last 3 Jack's I've used have been awful.
