My chicken was not cooked all the way through,they really should pay more attention to the food they are cooking

They are actually open until 10:00 PM most days and 11:00 PM on weekends, which has become rarer since COVID. Ate there well after 8:00 PM on a Saturday night and the food and service were both still good 👍

I come to this Jack's almost every single day morning and afternoon, but it seems like in the afternoon. They never have chicken legs and then when you decide to get something else, oh they don't have that either. They just haven't taken the sign down yet. What is the deal with this jacks not having chicken legs or other things All the time I mean cannot you not drop some chicken legs in the in the grease and fry them up but they always say they never have chicken legs or anything else. It's like they don't wanna cook it. I'm assuming only like to come during breakfast that's when they're the nicest. And have what you want

I come from Texas and visited the Jacks on Woodward Ave. Elizabeth waited on us and she was so sweet! Her southern charm is contagious!! I had a wonderful experience and the food was SOOOOOO GOOD!!!!! Ill be back numerous times during me stay here in Muscle Shoals Alabama! We LOVE you Elizabeth!! 😍

Sorry for the late review. Our union branch and the US Postal Service installations have the Annual Food Drive on the second Saturday in May so we got a scheduled order for biscuits for the event. Everything was prepared and ordered well on time and the employees were so courteous and professional. Thank you, ladies!

Easy in & out. Great service

Had to use the restroom urgently. Went into the men's restroom, and the regular stall was occupied, which left only the handicap-accessible stall available. Upon entering the handicap-accessible stall, I saw there was no seat on the toilet, just bare rim. Circumstances being too dire to go elsewhere, I had to seat myself on the bare rim. What a disgusting situation for a customer to find himself in, handicapped or not.

There was also no hot water at the sink, cold only.

I went in last night and spoke with Brittany. I wanted a grilled chicken dinner but I did not see one on the menu. I am diabetic and cannot eat fried food. She told me they had a grilled chicken platter. I was so grateful. Brittany gave perfect customer service. Please put this on the menu. It's absolutely delicious. I'm sure more people need to know you sell this
