Being so expensive, I don't go here much. I haven't been to this one, never will again. Simple order. 12 nuggets and a large fry. I was happy when I found out it was cheaper than Russelville. Now I know why. Nuggets were disgusting. Rubbery and cold. No flavor. My dog even hesitated to eat them, and she eats everything. The fries, again disgusting. Tasted like they had been cooked a few times, sat out, and recooked. Greasy as all get out. Soggy, NOT CRUNCHY or CRISPY. Again just absolutely disgusting, and again, my dog took forever to eat them. Even with that, she would smell it and wait, walk away. Come back. After about an hour, she slowly ate them. My guts are turning. Vurping... By far the worst experience ever at a KFC. Super expensive and horrible food. Staff was friendly. But obviously, they don't care about the product. Judging by the ratings, I would say it's time for new management. This place sucks!!!

Came inside to sit down with my husband the man working front counter forgets my mashed potatoes. Went up there for fresh fries and it took 10 min for us to get them and the only reason why we got it was bc my husband went up there and asked for them just people were rude and saying cuss words

My to go order was completely wrong, pop had no syrup in it. Asked if there were napkins and was told rudely that there was. There was none. No utensils either.

Oct. 5th 3:40pm go to drive thru place my order they said it would be 10 min I said that's fine. 15 min later I go inside and was told the cook left it would be another 10min so I go back inside and they had forgotten my order.. you the manager should fire your own ass and have the others fired your service is terrible and not acceptable at all. I will never be back and trust me alot of people will be told how horrible your location is

The biscuit and French fries were the best part. I could taste the seasoning a little but mostly it just tasted greasy. However I could eat about 20 biscuits!

Great food (chicken livers dinners)! Great & friendly customer service. Really clean atmosphere! One of the very few places in the Shoals that serves chicken livers . . . freshly cooked. The crew leader (originally from New Zealand) and the chef (cook who is happy to please) were wonderful. Our “new go-to KFC!”
