I am from out of town. Our KFC IS ALWAYS a Togo place if you need a quick meal. Not Mussel Shouls Al. The chicken was cold. I ordered the box meal comes with tenders, 4 pieces of chicken fries and biscuits. I have had some marginal meals on occasion from KFC , but not to the point I throw it away as soon as I get home or back to the hotel. Tasted as if they emptied the salt shaker to cover up the bad taste. It tasted as if it sat there all day. The meal had been put back in a fryer to reheat it. The problem is it tasted like it had been really over cooked. I had the original chicken it must have sat there since last night. It was so over salted that it left a worse taste on your tongue that the really over cooked chicken. This KFC earned a zero If it would have been available. I give it a 1, more like -1. Patrons be cautious, you are putting your life on the line. KFC WOULD BE BETTER OFF TO CLOSE THEM DOWN.
Best KFC I ever ate. Absolutely fresh and delicious. Got my large order 100% right. Best experience, wish I could take this location back home with me

KFC has gine way down hill in the recent years the service especially the one in muscle shoals they're rude and it takes forever to get my food employees just stand around and look at you and look at their phones and talk to each other while one person does everything else. And then they give you your food and act like you bother them by being there and making them have to do the job that they are there to do.

The lady at the register didn't know where the water button was so she charged me for a coke. Chicken livers were not fresh. Another lady gave me back my money on the coke.
