I pulled up across the street in my semi. One the employees inform me that the dining room was closed. They saw me pull up in a semi let me come in order. The staff is very friendly even when I can see they were really busy. I'm from Chattanooga but I live up north and I haven't had krystals in a couple of years. My food was very delicious and remind me of back home. I give the staff and A+ All way around thank you for my krystals I really enjoyed it

Way to slow i set there for a hour waiting on food but i dont think its the workers fault it was maybe 2 of them trying to run a fast food well slow food they need help or a good raise for all the people and cars they had to deal with the owner should do something to help them out or just let it crumble i should get my money back i had 5 cars behind me n they all got ther food b4 me n iv been sit her over a dam hour this some bull should be ashamed i wont tell no one go here if they hungry they will starv first

I’ve had issues multiple times through the drive through of my orders being messed up, from simple things of asking for plain sliders and getting the wrong thing. No straws, no napkins. 1 time is one thing but when it is every time it’s frustrating.

Ordered a 12 count cheese Krystal bag, only the top row had cheese. Disappointing as it was a pretty decent upcharge.Would just call and speak to someone but nobody will answer the phone

If I could give zero stars, I would this is by far the worst Krystal’s I have ever been to ever sat in line for 30 minutes and then when I get up to the box, they say they have to close early and she was a smart ass too…
Literally waited 15 minutes for one crystal sandwich. Asked for my money back so I could just leave and they refused.

Dirty. Truly unsure how they got the health rating they did.. Not good food safety here. I spent 3 days working in the kitchen here and didnt see one person but me wash thier hands.... taking the trash out to coming inside and throwing gloves on and preparing food. Cheese is left on counter for ALLLL DAYYY, pickles were too but at least thier in vinegar. Container the mustard squirts out had so much build up from not being washed, it was disgusting..... After being in this kitchen and seeing how the staff is handling food safety.. I will NEVER eat at this Krystal's again. GM do better!

We ordered food last night and the Krystal’s with cheese that we got was less than fresh! They were more like cooked and reheated in the microwave. And we were told they couldn’t make anything without onions because everything they cooked came with onions! I couldn’t reach anyone to fix the issue. I spend almost 30.00 so it’s more than frustrating.
