Went in with a few issues and complications with our order but we were greeted by Dennis the assistant manager who not only resolved the problem but also went above and beyond for us. They were very understanding very professional and very helpful. We need more people like Dennis in the world and Little Caesars is VERY lucky to have such a professional employee working for them. Highly recommend goin to this particular establishment which was very clean and very pleasant all around. They earned the 5 Stars and we will definitely be coming back in the future 💯

Picked up- didnt look at my cheese pizza. My ride was 6-8 minutes- Woodward to 1/2 way down 6th St.. It was old looking - cheese like dissolved into sauce, luke warm and overcooked! My wings were lukewarm! Somebody WILLget sick if chicken not kept at temp.-HOT!

We placed a pickup order for one pizza and were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When we arrived 20 minutes later, the employee made an unnecessary joke about our name, then said they didn’t have our order—offering no apology, solution, or offer to remake it. We just left and won’t be returning.

This wasn’t the first issue we’ve had here, but it’s clear the customer service and reliability at this location are consistently lacking.

We always enjoy their pizza. We made a rather large order today and when we picked it up, they were in great condition.

I placed an order through the Little Caesars app at 10:01 PM, with a pickup time of 10:15 PM. When I arrived at the drive-thru right on time, the employee seemed confused about my order and told me he’d bring it out. After waiting, I noticed that my pizza wasn’t even put in the oven until 10:19. By 10:30, I still hadn’t received it, so I went inside to check. The employee told me it was still being prepared and mentioned he was busy—despite only two other customers coming in after me.

At that point, I had waited well past the promised time with zero communication, and I decided enough was enough. I left without my pizza and told them I wouldn’t be giving them my business again. If they’re consistently this unorganized, I don’t see the point in ordering ahead. Definitely not the “Hot-N-Ready” experience they advertise.

Always a cheerful greeting from the employees. Food is always hot and ready and CORRECT when I use the mobile app.

*random factoid: the founder of Little Caesar's paid for Rosa Parks' Chicago apartment for years, anonymously.

Vegetarian options: They have mushrooms, green peppers, onions, olives, etc, so it is conceivable to have a vegetarian pizza. Not possible to have a vegan pizza.

Parking: Smallish parking lot and the drive thru is not accessible from the parking lot. One must enter from Davison Ave, go past the "store" and turn left, going between 2 buildings.

Kid-friendliness: It's a take-away pizza place. There are a few seats and a game where you win a super bouncy ball. If you get a black one with the logo on it, you get a free pizza.

Other than that, no highchairs (again, this is a take-away pizza joint), no play areas, no bibs.

Wheelchair accessibility: It appears to be wheelchair accessible. My recommendation would be use the app, choose drive thru as your pick-up method to avoid having to navigate the narrow-ish sidewalk where cars regularly park too close.
