This is perhaps the absolute worst experience i have ever had, not only at McDonald's, but at any restaurant. (Woodward Avenue, Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Saturday, November 26, 2024, 11:36 a.m.) (1) NONE of the order kiosks worked, (2) cashier was rude, (3) the sweet tea had so much sugar it was undrinkable!, (4) the right side Coke product was mostly carbonated water, (5) lhe left side Coke product was all syrup, and (6) my Quarter Pounder was lacking the normal condiments.
Are they TRYING to go out of business?

Worst I've had. The food was overcooked very slow service the chicken was like rubber and cardboard. The sweet tea was excellent. The girls took forever to come to take the order. McDonald's please do a better job. You don't have much business for a reason.

We ordered for drive through, but our kids begged to eat inside. They all just stood there looking at me behind the counter, when a simple "we'll be with you in a minute" goes a long way. After I told them I placed a drive through order but the kids begged to come in, they all stood back there complaining about us and decided to "hold" our order. And the manager basically shoved our drinks in my hand. If one of my employees acted like half these guys did, I'd be restaffing real quick. I don't understand what the problem is with handing me our bags at the counter instead of the window but without your customers you have no business. Yall clearly need to be re-trained on how to treat your guests.

I ordered curbside and didn’t get it then when i went they acted like they never got it and left the food to get cold and didn’t even give me the drink’s so I wouldn’t order curbside and i was waiting for 20mins outside
