I was visiting someone in Florence Alabama and I went inside this morning about10:15am. The lady with shoulder length salt and pepper hair with glasses was unbelievably RUDE!!! I was looking at the menu and she said very rudely, we use the Kios to place orders. She did not offer to help or ask if I needed help. Then I had to leave my order to go to the drink machine and get a drink holder, cause she didn't want to give me one. Out of all the jobs I've had in life, I have never been rude to people even on a bad day. Everyone that came in behind me, was being talked to rudely also. It made one customer leave. I would have left to, but, I was buying for someone else.

Florence use to have some of the best McDonalds around, but this past year or so they’ve taken a nose dive. I’ve seen the dining rooms closed at 10am, 8pm, very unpredictable. Drive thru wrapped around building and 6 cars waiting on food. Find another option till the get their act together.

The middle aged, teen (idk what she was but she knows who she is), threw my change into my bag and said "since you didn't want to touch my hand " because I got my dollar bills back separately from my change. Really? Before they fix my change she might want to fix her attitude.
I stopped going to mcdonalds because every time you tried to get a Mocha I was told the machine is down. Do they even make them anymore? Or am I getting lied to?

I would like to commend the crew that works on morning shift on the weekends. The ladies at the window this morning were very courteous, and cheerful. That top of attitude goes a long way these days. Good job folks

The manager is very unprofessional, the crew doesn’t get my order right management called me a lie and than asked for my receipt. I told her the time on receipt and she said that’s thirty minutes but because she’s so unprofessional it takes almost thirty minutes to get your order, when drive thru is wrapped around the building. When I put her in check she said you don’t know how many people try to get free food. I explain to her it’s doesn’t matter everyone not the same. She need customer service training bad.
