Awsome all around. Pizza was hot and fresh. Chicken bites were juicy. And the new pepperoni bites were great as well. Everyone was friendly and chatty. Take out was easy, and the lady behind the counter carried a great conversation with me the whole time. It is getting harder to find places that actually treat you like a human being while being a customer as well. Bravo Papa John's.

Worst pizza i ever had from papa johns in muscle shoals store #977 ,ordered Xtra cheese ,hardly any at all ,the toppings were 3 inches from the crust edge, maybe 7 pieces of pepperoni, couldn't find no bacon and hardly no sausage, oh and this was supposed to be meat lovers stuff crust ,,very disappointed on my 2 pizzas, at 42.91 expected more

My husband and I ordered pizza from this location last night I’m not gonna lie it looked delicious but it was really doughy and it tasted sour we both had some really bad food poisoning no thanks to u guys worst’s experience ever threw papa
Terrible experience. Called to place an order, after finding out the wait time of 55-65 minutes I requested the order to be canceled and they immediately put me on hold. Sat on the line for 10 minutes, called back to cancel the order and was greeted by an extremely rude woman who hung up on me after telling her I wanted my order canceled. Do not recommend.

Was given a estimated time of 38-45 min delivery time. Which is normal. Almost and hour and a half later they arrive. Got a pizza and cheese bread. Both were cold as cold be cheese bread is cold and looks like old dough not edible. Worst experience they’re starting to act like dominoes ?

Ordered a bacon pizza with stuffed crust and some cheesy bread spent $32 took 1 bite of the pizza and the bacon tasted funny called the store spoke with manager which got smart with me an told me that all bacon in store was in date didnt even offer to replace the pizza i had to ask and he was like if u want me too wont b going back!!!!!
