I got a chicken tender plate, and my husband had bbq sandwich with fries. Chicken was old and dry from sitting under a lamp too long. The fries tasted like there were under fried green tomatoes and cold. The bbq sandwich had hardly any coleslaw or pickles or flavor. Even added mild sauce and didn't make it taste any better. The staff were polite as usual. None of the drinks tasted right either.

Dry and overcooked. ? I read the reviews before going here and was hopeful. I was utterly disappointed.
Avoid the potato skins as they were overcooked and the chicken was dry. No sauce was offered or given for drive thru order.
