Cashier wasn't real helpful. Asked for condiments for my to go order which was $84 and after asking 4 times I just left with the sauce. She never acknowledged i even spoke. Not friendly at all. I was at Muscle Shoals store on Wilson Dam Rd. No one was at counter ordering it was just myself and my friend. So I dont care to have her take my order again. They weren't busy. But she was texting or doing something on her cell phone which was more urgent than doing her paying duties at her job

I usually have no issue with Rick's BBQ so I don't if it's this location but the food wasn't great at all. We couldn't eat our sandwich from the bread being soaked and falling apart. French fries were old and hard. Maybe it was a bad day at this location. I'll definitely go to another one next time but more than likely will go to Lawler's BBQ from now on

I was craving.a loaded baked potatoe but was 20 miles from home so when I stopped at Rick's I asked if they could put all toppings in separate containers and they did with no problem thank you to the staff of Rick's BBQ on Wilson dam road

Absolutely the best bbq I’ve had in years.. my husband and I drive over the road, so we are in every state all the time and we get bbq everywhere we go. Well let’s just say we will be getting a load back to Alabama just to eat here again! Best ribeye sandwich and ribs.

I ordered the chicken sandwich combo that included seasoned fries and a lemonade. The cost was $9.80, I gave her a $10 dollar bill and she took it and gave me my lemonade and straw then closed the window. When she returned a few minutes later to the window she started to quote me someone else's bill and food, and asked me for payment again. I started to explain that I had already paid when she looked at me then down and handed me my bag with my chicken sandwich and seasoned fries. I was so flustered and had a long line of cars behind me so I pulled off not realizing that I never got my change back and I wasn't given a receipt or asked if I wanted it. $.20 cents isn't much and I would have been glad to put it in their change or donation jug if I would have been asked or even offered it back. It is just the principle of the exchange I didn't feel was a good drive-thru experience. Now to the food, I really liked the lemonade and the seasoned fries but the pulled chicken sandwich was only so-so. It was lacking flavor and seasoning. The meat was very dry and plain tasting to me even after I poured the provided white sauce cup on it twice and used more to finally dip the sandwich into it. I have eaten the stuffed baked potatoes several times and been completely blown away by them but I went with the sandwich this time because I was driving home from an appointment and didn't want to go inside today.

This is for the wilson dam location. I typically go here after gym Saturday and have for 5 weeks. The staff are incompetent and don't care about their job. The sweet tea is always empty in the lobby, the workers literally walk and work at a snail pace. Example, normally drive thru is wrapped around, so i go inside, I get to see the staff. They are backed up not because they are so good, but they don't move any purpose at all. The cashier moves slow to where it takes them 3 minutes plus to take the order. It's a refection on the gm and assistant gm there that they allow incompetent people work there, and/or lack the leadership to run a half good shift. I will literally drive an each 10 minutes from now on to lawlers to get my post workout meal. Shameful

Used to be the loaded potato was large, filled the container nearly, and worth the money. My husband bought us dinner from Rick's on Wilson Dam. The potato was about 1/3 of the container. If its that small you should put 2 for what you charge. Also, not sure if they went with a different vender but the hotdog was puny, not plump at all. Looked dried. Rick's come on now...
