Not a fan. Ordered Fajitas quesadillas to go. When I got home there was a soggy tortilla with unseasoned strips of dry beef in it. No peppers an onion nothing! The about 2 tablespoons of refried beans in the container were adequate at best and the rice was somewhat ok. Thankfully I had some frozen pepper and onions at home, which I fried up and seasoned and mixed the beef into. It made the meal at least tolerable. I’m happy there are others who seem to like them but for me I was very disappointed.
We enjoy visiting Ruby’s weekly, service is great food is always good. Best Mexican restaurant in town!

Super attentive service! Drinks and tortilla chips were refilled without being asked. We had the fajitas for two with steak. Huge portion, tasted great! Price-performance is 100% right here. Highly recommended.

Our new go-to in Muscle Shoals! Nice, clean interior, super friendly staff, delicious food, full bar, and amazing prices. The entres had good size portions with all the trimmings, but the flan could use some improvement. Our dinner for 2 with drinks and a desert about $40. We will be back!

A large group of my coworkers and I met here for lunch one afternoon and everything was phenomenal! Service was excellent and they got all 15 of our lunches out in less than 25 minutes. The food was delicious and had large portions for a great price. We will be back!

Went for lunch. They were busy but we got seated right away. We got the fried jalapeños and they were really good. I had the steak and chorizo fajitas and my husband had the Chili Colorado. Everything was so good. The service was really good too. Would highly recommend and we will be back.
