The staff is amazing! I’ve never had anything but a positive experience & my drinks, protein balls, acai bowls & protein shakes are always yummy! I lost a lot of weight doing their protein shakes for lunch everyday! I highly recommend this nutrition place. Also, they have a witches brew tea bomb that tastes just like the Alani witches brew!

I find myself going here everyday before I go out and work. I've tried 3 drinks and my favorite is the barbie dream. The ladies are always so nice and pleasant and always got smiles on their faces. They never disappoint.

It's a very nice place, but for one drink it was $14.20. SMH! Never again! I have never paid more than $8 for a nutrition tea.

If I have to drive across town and pass every other tea shop there is then I would in a heart beat just to go to Shoals Nutrition!! They have the best! I literally have a place near my house and I pass right by and head to SN!! Love this place!!

Top tier “loaded teas”!! Generally my experience with loaded teas was negative. They have all tasted like watered down kool-aid which resulted in me only drinking “tea bombs”. Not this place! I literally drive 20 miles to get my tea from here.

I went in for a bag of ice and they were not selling bags of ice and hasn't been for 2 weeks and when they did it went up from 2 dollars a bag to 4 a bag.

I love the option of any drink being packaged as dry to make when needed, especially as I'm currently working 3rd shift, and the facility is closed. I can grab a pre-packaged dry pack or request any flavor to be made to go so that I can enjoy it anytime I need a boost of energy, even at 2am at work.
