Smokin' Jalapeno

Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes for some chicken nachos. The chicken was way spicier than I remember it being, and they no longer make their own chips. Just stale chips, out of a bag. It was awful. The fries are not what they used to be and barely had any seasoning on them.

This was my first time there. The lady at the window was so sweet. The food however was really bad. I got some big deep fried brisket burrito. It looked amazing. But the brisket was so overcooked. It's really disappointing especially because I spent $20 on just me. Won't be going back.

We have gotten hooked on the fried chicken tacos and love Taco Tuesday! So today we ordered 3 (got 6) and they were all just alike, barely edible.

First they took away free chips and salsa, now that fried chicken was like little marble sized tooth destroying nuggets! Seriously, just as I was thinking this, my friend said it out loud. “I’m afraid this is going to break my teeth!”

I realize every restaurant has an “off-day” but food quality has been declining and seems it bottomed out today!

Will I give them another chance? Probably… those tacos used to be tha bomb!!!

My husband & I drive about 45 minutes to this location at least once weekly because the food is always awesome, with today being an exception. We were so disappointed with all the food. The fried shrimp tacos were a total letdown. Shrimp was too small, couldn't have been the same batter. Too much sauce, overwhelmed the slaw. This may have to be the last visit.☹️

Was my favorite place to eat. I drive 45 mins to eat here. It was crap, my fried shrimp tacos were barely edible...they used different shrimp, too much sauce and sauce was way too spicy..I've never left any food on my plate. Today I threw most of it in the trash. Probably will never go back. For what it costs to eat here u can't use crap ingredients and expect people to come back!☹

First of all, I don’t ever leave reviews, but the young lady on the phone was incredibly rude. I will never be spending another dollar there again

Way overpriced for the quality of food and service. 20+ minute wait time to order and then additional wait time to get food is ridiculous. The wait staff isn't too friendly either. $20 for one person is excessive.

think the drive through should be changed to online order pick up only. This place takes way to long to cook food for it to have a drive through. By the time you get your food from the wait in the drivethrough it's cold and soggy.

What no chip and salsa she didn't even ask me if I wanted them, but none of the tables were dirty. Very lazy girl

Way too many people for what seemed like 2 crew can handle. Didn't get to try the food or stay. The staff seemed overwhelmed. Needs more workers.

Service Has become awful in the last 4-6 weeks. Over 40 minute wait for food, 1 of the girls is rude and by the looks of it hates her job, cooks were standing chit chatting when they place was semi busy and people waiting on their food. We ask for manger and was told she was on vacation. But this has been a on going thing lately. We will not be back

Few things have changed recently for the worse. You no longer get free chips and salsa. Food quality is inconsistent. It’s also noticeable that less people are going on Taco Tuesday.

Great place to eat, for tacos I recommend either the brisket taco or fried Chicken with buffalo sauce. For Nachos I recommend either brisket or pork. Try any of these things and you won’t be disappointed!

I like their food but their prices have gotten to expensive for a quick lunch. One meal was 21$. Not even dessert.
