Drive through always backed up to the road because they cone off all the stalls EVERY SINGLE DAY. And then when I FINALLY get to the window 30+ minutes later my food is always COLD . I have called and complained multiple times just to get hung up in or cussed out. This is literally the WORST Sonic I have EVER been to. The Iuka store would NEVERRRR do this crap to its customers

the drive-thru is so extremely slow. I thought I was going to have to shave again by the time I ordered my food. I think my girlfriend is mad at me

Pulled to the drive thru, immediately told to hold. I sat at the speaker for 20 minutes with a line of cars behind me. When they finally had me order, they sounded like a stereotypical mcdonalds drive thru worker. When I got to the window the lady told me she had to send the guy on break. There were 3 or 4 people back there standing. Why did 1 person going on a break keep me at the speaker for 20 min and at the window waiting for food for another 20?
Employees were rude, forgot our fries, didn’t put bacon on the burger and one of the burgers was so greasy that we just threw it away. Absolute waste of $30. Would expect better after waiting in line for 30 minutes.

We arrived at Sonic right before 9pm and placed our order at one of the open bays. Several cars went thru the drive thru as well as pick up orders as we waited. After sitting for over 30 minutes we decided to leave. Poor customer service and we will not be returning.

I ordered 4 the fritos pies and it was a waste of money ,very little chilli and even smaller amount of cheese , save your money and make your own at home .
