Service is sorry!!! Works dnt know how to handle online orders!! I paid $45 online & get to the store they said it wasn’t ordered!!! My bank card was already charged. Refused to give me managers number!! I left with no food & no GM INFO!!! 10/10 dnt recommend!!!

Beware of this location. My sister worked here was on time for every scheduled shift. Was actually early. Never missed a day. Took other people's shifts when needed and got fired today because she called out an hour before her shift to pick my son up from school because he was throwing up and I wasn't able to leave work over an hour away she picked him up from school and instead of the manager being understanding for a sick child she told my sister to bring him in and sit him in the lobby even though it was clearly stated he was throwing up and had a fever. He's 5 and autistic so obviously she wasn't going to do that. So if you don't care about being sick then by all means enjoy the food. But being told to bring in a sick child to sit in the lobby for an hour after signing the rule of "if you're sick or around someone sick throwing up, fever, cough, cold then do not come in as you're around food making people's food" but told to bring a sick child in that got sent home as soon as he got to school because he threw up on a classmate and his desk area didn't even get to eat breakfast. And fired for it. My sister has all the text messages between her and manager of her letting the manager know every detail of what was going on and the manager insisting she had to be there or lose her job over her one and only day of missing and bring in the sick child to sit in the lobby infecting every customer that walked in with the stomach virus he has.
My son is okay. But I'm not. I'm mad and will be going to the district manager knowing this is a franchise and not corporate owned. What kind of FOOD place says bring in a sick child to sit in the lobby. I would've been even more mad if my son did have to sit there throwing up on customers and would've gone in there raising hell. My sister knows I don't play about my babies so she kept him home for me. We don't have anyone else here we moved away from everyone up north. And my sister stated in the interview she's the back up emergency contact if me or dad can't get to in time for my kids at school. And dad was on a service call 2 hours away. So it had to be her we had no one else.

Remember $5 foot longs? Yeah, well that's a thing of the past. Never again. Why would I pay $24 for 2 foot long subs when I could take my wife to a quality sit down resteraunt a few dollars more? I do not recommended.

Me and my girlfriend came here to eat and got two six inch subs, one large drink, and a cookie and ended up spending $30. The staff seemed to be under qualified and unsure of their actions. I am certain that they up charged us. When I made a face at the employee who was cashing us out he made a nervous face and got defensive. The restaurant itself was not clean, the floors were disgusting. Half of the employees were outside of the front doors taking a smoke break that we, as well as other customers had to walk through to get into the store.
All of that to say, I would not recommend this location. If you’re ever headed North, through Florence, I would go to the one downtown near UNA.

This location is pathetic! I placed an order for curb side pick up. It took over 20 min for the order to be ready when the app said it was. I get home both of my sandwiches were completely wrong. They were plain! I tried to call, and the number rang and rang. I go back to the location, which I had very limited time, also why curbside was ordered to be told, they don’t have a phone, they would remake the order but they will not give my money back, and they didn’t have contact info of district manager. She didn’t know how to contact her. She didn’t know anything! They were not taking accountability or responsibility for wasting my time that I expressed has been wasted. And provided no real solution. This use to be a great location but now I urge others to go elsewhere because they are not competent.

This is a chain, and the girls that work here really do the best they can. I pick up DoorDash orders here a lot, and if it's not ready when I walk in, it's always close even when it's busy. I've been in there on a busy lunch, line near the door, and they were just as nice and efficient as they would be with few or no customers. They may be slow some days, but you can tell it's just due to staffing and they are doing the best they can.
Prices are a little wild for sandwiches, but that's a corporate issue I have.

Drove across town to go to this Subway, but when I opened the door to go in, they had chairs stretched across the lobby, blocking any ordering. I left and went to Arby's.

Came in at 8:50pm 2-15-24 guy was nice, girl was completely rude. They don't close til 9:30pm. Everything was also closed when we came in.
