The new sugar cookie drink was not good the white stuff was delicious but the other stuff was disgusting I was so excited to try it but now I’m very disappointed it tasted like a off brand sugar cookie I guess ima have to stick to my baha blast.!

On 12/9/25 i ordered two cantina chicken tacos and a mexi melt that all tasted like surface cleaner. This isnt the first or even second time we've been served food not fit to feed to pigs.

Food during the day is good… but any time during the night just don’t come. I got a soft taco and my whole tortilla was just hard. It seems as if the food is sitting out for a WHILE.
It was ok. Not the same as it used to be. And it would be really nice if companies would remember that there are those of us who prefer politeness.

I can never place an order after 2am. I work late nights so the only places open are Taco Bell, Cook Out, & Waffle House. I always choose Taco Bell since it’s close to my job when I get off and I can get it on my way home.
I pulled up to the speaker at 2:17am to be told “Our system is down we can’t take any orders” I let them know I placed a mobile order, a few seconds later they say “Well we can’t do anything with that because we can’t receive the money for it.” I let them know the money was already taken from my account, they say there’s nothing they can do so I leave.
My first encounter with this situation was at approx 2:20am. I was told that a car had came through and ordered all their food so they had no food left to be ordered. I’m mindful of going to places before closing and try not to be that person but when you only have 3 options after getting off an 8-9 hour shift, you pick the closest place that can get the food out quickly.
This is absolutely ridiculous. Either close at 2am since you won’t serve guests past 2am or serve guests until 3am like you advertise being open til.
Maybe this location needs to be shut down permanently.
I’ve also had many problems with this location not giving my avocado verde salsa with my order. I’ve ordered 10+ packs of this sauce that I paid for and didn’t receive.
