The people here are cool but I came around 1:30 am and I got a Cantina Chicken Taco and this is how it came..? It doesn’t even have the right taco shell and it has cheese plastered all over it. Most the time I come here it’s terrible and the Crunch Wrap Supreme is always dry and doesn't have all the stuff in it. The Taco Bell in florence al is better!! Both sides of my taco was in cheese

Went to this Taco Bell at 12:30 for some tacos for me and my girlfriend when we got home and opened the bag we had three Doritos loco tacos one was only supposed to be no tomatoes or lettuce when we open them all of them are no tomatoes or lettuce we also asked for extra beef in both of the burrito supremes and they weren’t even the same size and they were ice cold y’all need to do better this is not the first time I have had yall mess up my order bc last time I waited for an hour AFTER COMING BACK bc yall messed up my order the first time I came through only for me to pull to the window and yall tell me “you didn’t think to come back round to the window” like ma’am I didn’t think yall would forget me long story short this Taco Bell SUCKS DONT GO HERE go to the new one across the street 10 times better if I could give it 0 i would the only enjoyable thing about this is the shit you will take after eating the nonedible food

They left off half of my order and when I submitted a complaint to the company (I used the mobile app for a delivery from this store) they just told me they were using the feedback to make the store better. I spent $34 on food and received maybe 15 dollars worth of it. This Taco Bell sucks. Get it together.

I went inside at 635pm 11-09-2024 stood at the register no one in front of me or behind me. Stood there several minutes & no one ever came to the register or attempted to take my order ? So I walked out! They seriously need management!!!

Stole 30 dollars from me went through drive through made like 2 or three things off my order pulled me brought it out and missing half my stuff so they never made my food then the manager handed me to soft taco tickets and told me to come back the next day when i tried to get a refund. Never gave me a recipt so good thing i paid with card
