Me and my husband randomly decided to try this place and we absolutely were not disappointed! I got the hawaiian roll sliders with pulled pork and mac n cheese (it has queso in it!) and it was SO GOOD! Our waitress was super sweet and they had the best country music playing the whole time!! 10/10 will be back!

Came here for lunch and arrived at opening. I ordered a lunch special, brisket with one side, and Mexican cornbread. Due to my dietary restrictions on corn, they swapped the cornbread for buttered buns, which I appreciated. The food arrived promptly. My side was a baked potato with a generous amount of butter. It was hot, fluffy, and, of course, buttery. The brisket was flavorful, well seasoned, and very tender. Only complaints I would have for it is that it needed to have a more developed bark and it leaned on the less than juicy side. I think pouring a bit of the rendered fat back onto it could've aided in the juiciness as well as possibly letting it rest longer before serving, but that's here nor there. Overall, my first impression of the restaurant was very positive. The staff was very friendly, the service was terrific, and the food was good. I look forward on visiting again in the future and I'm excited to try out their other lunch options.

The Laredo Nachos with brisket and the street corn appetizer with brisket was so good tonight. Their burgers are huge. One of the best places in Muscle Shoals to eat without driving to Florence.

Barley gave me any brisket on my nachos. Added shrimp and it was under cooked. Since when does queso have shredded cheese in it. My wife ordered a beer and never received it. Our server some how forgot she ordered a beer. And does this place judge you on your appearance
