Liked the atmosphere. Pizza took longer than expected. Issue was not much there for the price.

Out of town traveling with the family and looking for pizza. This place has great atmosphere and a wide range of pizzas. I would recommend stopping in and trying this great pizza place. Everyone in my group had a personal pizza and each one was great.

Food was amazing and so was our server Kate!

My cheese sticks went to another table and I was charge 4.85 for a Pabst and it was on the menu for 2 dollars , the waitress said you must have gotten an old menu , until I showed her the one on the wall?

Great pizza! Love their wings. Service can be slow at times. But the time we went they had staffing issues and were really busy. But 9 /10

Food was okay. Not exactly what we ordered. Did not try to get the order corrected because we were hungry and had things to do. Tasted fine.

I have ate pizza everywhere from Chicago to Florida. When I was a kid we would have Guardi's pizza every Friday night just south of Chicago in Tinley park. I have tasted pizza at 5 star restaurants down south. But the taste of this pizza at Pie Factory, flooded my brain with memories. The cheese, sauce and crust. I mean it's nearly identical, a little more seasoning on top of the cheese would have made identical. My favorite pizza down south BY FAR.

I ordered a pizza around 8:40 . The site kept saying I only had a few minutes. Ordered confirmed and paid for. I take a shower and get dressed and sit down to watch tv few minutes get to wandering about pizza look at my phone and it was canceled. So I called them the next day. I asked why the manager said he had no clue. So after along chat that the guy over delivery canceled. Some kid I am sure ready to play Xbox.

Ordered the James Brown wings to go. Gave me naked wings and hot sauce on the side! Really wish I could have gotten what I ordered.

Order for pick up. Wrong toppings. Called and was promised a free pizza. Called to see if was still available,..told Yes. Ordered a large free pizza and added wings. Went to pick it up and was told to wait for large pizza I ordered to be cooked because they made a mistake and cooked a personal pizza. Told me I had to pay for the personal pizza that was not ordered. Told them No. I did not want the personal pizza, didn't want it, didn't order it. Finally got my large pizza and the wings I added and it was $32.20. only thing we owed was $14 for the wings. Bigger screw up than the first screw up. This is ridiculous. I like the pizza but not enough to be cheated everytime.. especially on a free pizza. $32 is not free.Never going back.

I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. It was bad, so very bad. Nothing about it tasted good. The sauce you get to dip the bread in tasted like it came out of a jar. If that was their idea of extra cheese on the pizza I would hate to experience what it is like with normal coverage. It was just bad pizza, I really hope the dog enjoyed his 50 dollar dinner.
