This place is bad, which is an under statement. It's been bad for over 10 years. If you can go somewhere else go there. Even if it's to get a pack of peanuts from the gas station, it's still better than dealing with ghetto wrong and cold

Dining at Wendy's was truly a culinary revelation. Nothing quite compares to biting into a cold, stale, ranch-drenched chicken sandwich that perfectly captured the essence of neglect and indifference.
And the drink? Well, calling it "flat" would be a kindness.
The pièce de résistance, however, was the ambiance. Watching three employees casually lounging at the drive-thru window, seemingly conducting a symposium on how to avoid making food, was nothing short of inspiring.
Forty dollars for this unforgettable experience felt less like a meal and more like a donation to the art of disappointment.

Cold food, wrong food, old food. employee on break looked at me like I spit in her momma face when I walked in, missing food, wrong drink, fries tasted at least a week old. 1 employee clocked out, 2 other went outside with her on the clock, I assume to get high because this location is consistently terrible.
I vowed to never go again but my wife and kid wanted Wendy's. It reiterated my decision to never go again.
Drink station was dirty and nasty, floors felt sticky, whoever manages this store absolutely doesn't and it shows.
Placed a mobile order for future pickup and still waited 10+ minutes and the food was old and not fit to eat.
This location needs to be closed.
I honestly and truly believe that if I heated up a can of my dog's Pedigree it would have been better than the slop I paid for last night.
Wouldn't feed it to my dog.
Absolutely terrible.

Typical Wendy’s and fast food. Best way to get your moneys worth is to use the app. Service is 10x better at night over days. During the day, service is wild and chaotic, often rude. The night crew is always pleasant.

Went for lunch. Food was super fast and drink machine was in order. Only concern was the floor feeling a little slippery and there were some elderly customers in there.

Lobby doors were locked before 8:00 p.m. on a Sunday night. There were still people dining in and ordering at the counter. I am not sure how they escaped once they finished eating. The Drive-Thru line was long. We called but there was no answer. We went to Cook-Out.

Wendy's has a great chicken honey butter biscuit and their cinnabuns are great! I don't care for the lunch menu but I would recommend breakfast. 8/10

My positive experience ended with the cashier. After ordering, I went to fill my glass, and the drink station was not only dirty, it smelled completely sour! I don't know if it was a dirty trashcan under the counter or possibly dirty tea containers. After sitting down and starting to eat, not only was the order wrong, but it was cold, cold enough that it seemed like it sat out for more than an hour. The hamburger meat itself was clearly cooked awhiiiiile before ordering. And I don't know how with a line around the building and a semi-full dining room, but even the fries were cold. The only thing that seemed relatively fresh were the chicken nuggets (FYI, we got two biggie bags). The only other restaurant that is as slow as Wendy's (in Muscle Shoals, AL) is McDonalds down the street. At least McDonald's food seems "relatively" fresh.

I would advise not going here. It's dirty, there's a pretty high likelihood your order will be wrong & don't tell them when they mess up because it's not getting fixed.
