We have been to several Wingstops, this one was Fabulous! The chicken was cooked to perfection with the crispy crust. If you like spice the Louisiana Rub is amazing! Our food was ready by the time we fixed our drinks!!! We were there on a Saturday night around 630. Staff was very friendly, store was clean.

I placed an order online and was missing 9 wings. I call them to see about getting a refund or getting a replacement. First time they answered they said thanks for calling Burger King and put me on hold??? Hung up to try and call later. The second time I called they sent me straight to voice mail?? I’m not sure if there needs to be an updated phone number or???

Packed restaurant literally 2 working in the kitchen and 4 employees at a table in the back of the restaurant just hanging out. One goes to the kitchen sits on his phone then goes back to the table to sit. Horribly ran restaurant.

Order off the app through insta cart and the mean me an my family got was supposed to be 22 for a meal deal and woke to it already being processed for 48 on my bank account wings where cold slimey fry’s soggy definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to my pets

Frys were good but cold and the lemon pepper wings were so strong it was too much info also got some boneless ones but didnt receive them so not sure how the other flavors are! Will try again
I know they just opened and I understand they can be busy but the food was terrible. It was no different in going and buying a bag of frozen nuggets. Had no sauce on my wings and fires were soggy, bad. I was told not to go but thought I'd try and I should have listened. But you never know till you try anyway

No paper towels, soap or toilet paper in the restrooms. Floors are dirty. I asked ab the sweet tea and was completely shrugged off and ignored. All the drinks were out and did not wanna restock them. This was my first time ever being in this establishment since it’s been open. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a new place opening. I will not be returning. Asked Ab my food which was placed at 1:57pm and my food is still not done and served out to me. And it’s already going on 230pm.

The wings we got were cold, barely had any sauce on them, and the bone-in wings were small with barely any meat. Yummy wings im Sheffield is so much better.

I ordered 15 of the 70 cent boneless wings. Half Garlic parm/half Smokey BBQ. The gp wings were not fully coated with sauce . The SB was too hot . Wings fried too hard and too long. I also ordered cheese fries they did not have enough cheese on them. I guess u have to pay for dipping sauce. I'll just use my ranch at home. Not what I expected it to be. I'm going to try the bone in wings next. But so far I don't see what the fuss is about. Zaxbys is better to me.
