I ordered a cobb salad with a group order. The lettuce was bad, the veggies were spoiled. The chicken was ok but it's like the salad had been sitting in the fridge for days. Where is the quality control?

Ordered a salad with no cucumbers and of course they have them on it. Paid for extra cheese literally a tablespoon of cheese. Don’t order off the app I couldn’t find anywhere to respond and tell them.

I ordered on the app so I could go through the drive thru got the window they said to park in the number one spot and bring it out to me I understand they where busy so I waited almost 45 minutes and still did not have my food when they told me they would bring it out to me. I went inside and they had it sitting out as a pick up by the time I got my food it was cold taking my business to the one in Florence.

This is not a great Zaxby's. They are trying really hard but for some reason it's just not...good. If you are really craving Zaxby's try a different location. At the same time, it's not the absolute worst.
