Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They’ve gotten our order wrong twice now we got the wings and things and a Asian Zensation salad with grilled chicken they mixed up our order and we got the wings and things but with the wrong sauce and a kids chicken meal and to egg rolls and so they told us to come back a different day and they would fix the order so we got it tonight and the Asian Zensation salad is correct but the wings and things was wrong again it was boneless instead of traditional

Went inside and ordered from the counter. Sat and waited for my order to be made. After a while of waiting I finally noticed orders being placed on a rack that said mobile orders. My name was on the ticket that was placed on the rack. I made a counter order...not door dash or mobile. If cannot hand me my order and say thank you I will go elsewhere. I mean there are like 6 other chicken places in muscle shoals alone. Service at this location contintines to get worse and worse. I will go somewhere else for my food who appreciates the business.

worst experience ever at Zaxby's. ordered two Cobb salads. lettuce was literally ruined. tomatoes were bad. I believe it had been in the fridge for days. very disappointed. I love Zaxby's but Muscle shoals experience was terrible. Never again.

Zaxby’s is my favorite fast food, but I would give 0 stars if possible. We went last night (9/6/25) through the drive thru and everything started fine. We paid $43.00 (4 meals), got through the line and realized there were no forks, so I went inside. I was never greeted, until finally someone notified an employee who was leaned up on the counter on her cell phone, and without getting off of her phone, she asked me what I wanted, and handed me my forks. We left and everyone began to eat. My girlfriend (3 chicken nibblers meal) began to eat, the bread was as hard as a softball, and there was a hair in her food, everyone’s chicken tasted rotten, and we all barely ate. The worst part is that I just called the manager and he was so extremely rude. He didn’t seem to care about my issue at all, and quickly, yet rudely stopped me in the middle of my story and told me he can’t listen to me for 30 minutes, (we were on the phone for 4 minutes). He asked for the food and receipt back, so i will go get them out of the trash can. Overall awful experience, maybe look into hiring different management because this one clearly doesn’t know how to manage people and issues.google wont let my upload the phone call but if anyone would like it, contact me through reviews.

This was only the 2nd time I've been to a Zacby's..An it will be my last time..The first time I went I went through the drive through..The order wasn't what I ordered but close enough..I was impressed with the quality..Today 07/ 25 I went inside to order so there were no miss communications..I ordered bone in wings with a wet sauce & a chicken sandwich & a salad..The wings were lacking in sauce which had no flavor..But the chicken sandwich was wrong of what I ordered..But the problem the chicken on the sandwich was way over cooked or been under the heat lamp way to long..I couldn't even bite through it..So it went in the garbage with the rest of the wings..Can't comment on the salad my wife hasn't tried it yet..But I've had better chicken from a gas station..Maybe it's lack of leadership & checking on how long the food has been out..Maybe these problems will be eliminated by proper management to keep customers pleased.

Love me some zaxbys! It may be expensive varying in what you buy but it’s so good! I got these loaded fries for 10$ Not including a drink!

I saw multiple flys over my food when I was waiting for my food. The people there are friendly however they don’t seem to get breaks, ive never seen a worker sit down and enjoy a break. They all look tired and miserable. Food was okay.. didn’t have the appetite after seeing the flys.

The GM literally screamed at me to get out of his store after they put an incomplete order on a shelf for pick up as if it was completed. Instead of taking accountability in putting an incomplete order where completed orders belong, he screamed at me to get out of HIS store. Please check this GM and his temper!

I love the Zaxbys Cobb Zalad!!!
I live in New Mexico, so it's always a treat to get one when I am able to.
I'm hoping we can one day get one in Albuquerque!!!!
