Went inside and ordered from the counter. Sat and waited for my order to be made. After a while of waiting I finally noticed orders being placed on a rack that said mobile orders. This is not a great Zaxby's. They are trying really hard but for some reason it's just not...good. If you are really craving Zaxby's try a different location. At the same time, it's not the absolute worst.
